Roadtrip Phonetography - Wilson North Carolina

The Vollis Simpson Whirligig Park is a 2 acre block of park land in the middle of town that has thirty whirligigs - the largest collection in the world! There were a lot of families, and one student group that I tried to eavesdrop on their tour guide, but i was distracted by the junior high flirting going on. The Museum is beautiful and shares a building with the American Center for Photographers, which had stunning exhibitions by Ahmet Sel and Steven Shames. The coffee shop I went to was cosy, and the person at the counter gave me a weird look when I asked if there was a key to the bathroom.
