Stuff To Do: Karoline Collins and Greg Harvester on Aug 3rd

On Monday August 3rd, Karoline Hanson Collins and Greg Harvester will be at Blackwater’s upstairs spot for a photo show. They’ll talk art and eat tater tots also.

Not that we need an excuse, but the “reason” for the visit of these two great people to Portland is that Greg published the second issue of Karoline’s photo zine Death By A Thousand Nostalgic Cuts Vol 2: Muses! Greg describes it like this:

A new photo zine by Karoline Hanson Collins! Karoline was seemingly born with a camera in her hand and this new zine explores her relationships with the muses in her life on her journeys around the globe. She talks about the importance of vulnerability in front of and behind the lens along with jaw-dropping photos of LUNGFISH, LIMP WRIST, SPITBOY, HIDE and more!

I went to San Fransicso and got to get gacked out on coffee with them and help with an interview, and it’s also in the zine.

Blackwater is 5115 NE Sandy Blvd. See you there!
